Cancellations: 

• Cancellations made more than 5 business days before your scheduled cleaning will receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 2 business days of your scheduled cleaning will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning.

Changes to Service:

• If you wish to reschedule your cleaning, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on our availability.
• If no suitable alternative time can be found, the cancellation policy outlined above will apply.

Unsatisfactory Cleaning:

• In the unlikely event you are not satisfied with the cleaning service, please contact us within 2 days of your cleaning.
• We will promptly investigate the issue and offer one of the following options:
  • A re-clean of the specific areas of concern at no additional cost.
  • A partial refund for the unsatisfactory portion of the service.
• To be eligible for a refund or re-clean due to unsatisfactory service, you must allow us the opportunity to address the concerns within a reasonable timeframe.

Please Note:

• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for the original service.
• This policy applies to all our cleaning services.
